I don't know what he was TRYING to say, lol, all I know is what he actually said. I'm not sure of the point he was trying to get across, but he realized what he said after he said it, he looked all dumb, and was like,
"oh, um, i didn't mean it like that, but, you know what I meant right Trish? I mean you're from the burbs so you should know how annoying those ppl can be."

I just looked at him, I couldn't figure him out. He's cool as hell all the time, but like I said, when something happens major like this and it turns into a race issue, people's real feelings will come out.
