Clubs or bars?

Which do y'all prefer?
I'm really into rap, hip hop and R&B so clubs are better to me. Most of the bars I've been to are mostly white redneck people and I'm not comfortable around them. I like the energetic atmosphere of a club as opposed to the whiny, drunken atmosphere of a bar. The only bar I've been to on the regular, if you go early, it's mostly alot of stumbling rednecks but if you wait til later to go, like around midnight, alot of black people start coming in and it gets more upbeat. I'll go to that one but I'll wait til late to go.
So where do y'all like to go better?
 
I go to both, first i go to the bar, get all liquored up, then i hit the club...works this way becuz i hate waiting in lines at the club trying to get a drink...so when i am waiting i'm already good...doesn't phase me that much
 
I hate clubs, too loud and too many people. I like to go to bars, the ones that they old guys hang out at and talk about how they wasted their lives.
 
Most of the time if I'm going out, it is to catch up with friends so I prefer bars because it's quieter. Sometimes, although rarely, I don't mind clubbing... for the most part though, I have no need to get wasted and spend my night with a bunch of sluts and sleazes in the clubs... Harsh but true.

I try to stay at home and try not to go out these days and I really succee, so I only go once a week in a club/bar. It depens on my mood where I go to.

i hate clubs...music too loud and 1 man on 2 is a wigger and 1 woman on 1.5 is a slut so i dont see the point of trying to find a woman there

hence, i hate clubs....when i go, i love to watch the women dance tho, but overall, it's bullshit


on the other hand...i live, eat, drink, sleep, fuck, whatever pubs
 
Depends on who I'm out with and what mood i'm in to be honest.

If I'm out with my girl friends then we'd hit some bars and finish the night in a club, but if I was out with a guy then I prefer to go to bars only. Oh and if I'm out with my girlfriends but don't feel like dancing then I skip the club and go home early.

I prefer bars. Unless im really fucked up, then i dont mind clubbing.

Usually i cant stand it when they play the music SO fucking loud, unless its a really bumpin track.

Plus i hate really crowded spaces. Gotta be able to fuckin move, get a beer or take a leak. When it takes me like 10 fucking minutes to get me a drink im the fuck out.

So we usually hit up a bar. We got this cool one in town which has a rgular DJ who's also part of this dutch hiphop act (The Proov) i think. Dude always puts on tight shit to chill to. Either jazz, or lounge or he bumps MF Doom or something. Really adds to the atmosphere :thumb:

Don't mind both, but lately I've been prefering pubs with friends.
Once the world cup hits though. I'm going to be living in sport pubs. :thumb:
Thankfully, the bars here aren't filled with old farts or rednecks. Alot of youngers ppl hit the bars.

Clubs are cool once in a while, but haven't been feeling them lately. Which is kinda wrong cause Montreal is the clubbing capital of north america
 
Well see, we don't have any clubs in the city I live in. There used to be one but it got closed down cause there was always fights and shootings going on there. All the bars here are full of rednecks except the one that I go to sometimes. It's some rednecks early but late, it's mostly black people. That's why I don't go out as much anymore. That bar used to be cool, had a DJ and everything, but they said he was playing too much rap and hip hop so he got fired. They were trying to run all the black people outta there but it didn't work. lol I mean they tried everything under the sun to get rid of em. They fired the DJ, started charging to get in, they even started closing at midnight on Friday thinking they'd quit coming. It's sad really. But it didn't work, the black people still flood in there late at night. lol So now when I go out, I either wait til late and go there or make that 30 min drive to a club. I'm just really uncomfortable around a bunch of old white rednecks so that's mostly why I prefer clubs. :D
