It's Dark & Hell Is Hot
Must definitly be included.
Cassidy - I'm a Hustla
Big L - Lifestyles of the poor and dangerous (dont know if you consider that 'hardcore' but its pretty 'street')

Matured and more polished a better pick for a 'hardcore street' album?
If making a top 50 list I wouldn't include any Lynch album. His lyrics are hardcore but I wouldn't define his overall sound as hardcore street. M.O.P would be a far more accurate pick for example despite the level of gore in Lynch's music.
Some that (I think) haven't been mentioned:
AP.9 - Headshotz / Worldwide Mob Figa
Blackjack - Addicted to Drama
C-BO - Gas Chamber / Tales from the Crypt / Til My Casket Drops
Dosia - Waiting to Inhale
Facemob - The Other Side of the Law
The Jacka - The Jack Artist
Kausion - South Central Los Skanless
Havoc & Prodeje - Kickin' Game / Livin' in a Crime Wave
Killa Tay - Snake Eyes
Lunasicc - Mr. Lunasicc
Mad CJ Mac - True Game
C-BO's Mob Figaz (that's the name of the album)
X Raided - Psycho Active / The Xorcist / The Unforgiven Vol. 1
Yukmouth's 2 first albums
Too much of a headache to think about more
