family hates it, keeps wanting me to quit, my uncle died about 2 years ago from lung cancer so of course thats a big factor.

started when i was 13 had a friend who smoked so i decided to try it also, i enjoy smoking really dont know why cause i hate the way they smell, an i worry also about getting lung cancer although everytime i get a chest x ray doctor says my lungs are in excellent condition i should quit though im asthmatic.

How often do you smoke / how many do you have a day/week/month? about 10 cigs a day (a cig a day for the last several days)
How do your friends/family feel about your habit? they don't say & I don't ask.
When/how did you start? when I was 17. i worked with older people so i was able to ask people to buy them for me. the first cig i had was when i was 14. i smoked one after school.

i has to quite smoking after my PCP told me that if i continued too i would not be able to do gymnastics anymore...but i still has the occasion craves for that nice minty flavors

When/how did you start? I smoked a cigarette, I got buzzed and decided to smoke another. Then i got addicted.
