Chemistry

I'm takin' Chemistry in my University right now too, it's not that hard if you study but it in the general lectures its a bit boring ..

I would go with reading books that walk you through Chemistry and shit.. it's really simple, but very hard if you don't see the bigger picture.

OMG dude im sitting here trying to understand the chapter on thermochemistry and enthalpy and hess's law....It is like a foreign language to me. I might as well be reading this in japanese. I really want to meet the student who actually understands this stuff and can see the big picture for thermochemistry. so far everyone i talk to is as lost as i am. ahhhh

^Why don't you speak somebody from the Chemistry department at your college? Your college should also have a tutoring/help center. UW has one. :)

It's mental candy to me. It's about internal energy and the pressure-volume product of a system.

bomb calorimetry

Maybe you need more practice using equations.

u son of a bitch! yea its all that. what goes in must go out. I dont like it much, though im understanding it more.

Jokerman-
heres some brain candy for you. Here is a problem that appeared on last years exam dealing with calorimetry and heat capacity. Of course Rutgers does not ask you to just calculate specific heat or q.
I struggled with this one, but i understand it now. WHats ur answer

Jokerman, ive got another real good question for you. this one took me a relatively short amount of time but when i first looked at it, i was lost-
Get this one
this guy utilizes a few concepts thermochemistry, gas laws...
