Ahh, Chelsea missed too many chances.

Nevertheless, it's still in the bag o' Doritos. I was always confident but after hearing from Our Lord - Jose Mourinho, peace be upon him - I feel like Chelsea could field a team of amputees & still win.
 
Honestly?

How confident was Our Lord? Liverpool will have to come out of their shell & when they do, we'll smash them.

I do think that we'll rest players against Bolton because we looked a little jaded towards the end of the match. Dunno who we'll play though, we're running thin on players.
 
Lol thin on players, Liverpool are thin on players, Alonso is out for the next match, Cisse isnt fully fit, Morientis is cup tied, not sure if Hamann is back, Pongolle is out, their injury crisis is shocking and they cant buy a whole new team like chelski can. (in the transfer window anyway)

Lampard is shit how can you miss that close to goal after that he was shut out of the game Drogba Missed and It was only Cech That saved your asses i do not believe Money Bags/Over Inflated Ego will go through next week its in the bag people we dont need Alonso Gerrard said Hamman will be back and Cisse came close you have nobody in your back line that can cope with Cisse's pace and after Robben did one or two things he wasnt seen for rest of the night only problem i see is our left hand side Traore Got beat too many times by cole but he didnt do much and how week was that Yellow card on Alonso and i also think Terry should have got Red Carded for stomping Garcia's Ankle The Dity Fucker!!!!!!! GO LIVERPOOL

Cech saved us from conceding yes. Lampard & Drogba saved Liverpool from conceding.

Gerrard never said Hamman will be back, he said he's on track to be back - so there is nothing certain yet.

Cisse's pace? Caused us no problems so far.

Robben is just back from injury, if he gets back any sort of form Liverpool will be in deep shit.

Alonso's card was harsh. No way in hell should Terry have been sent off for something that was in no way intentional & something which he would've found hard to avoid.

And ThUg $TyLe, I never said Liverpool weren't running thin. But Liverpool haven't had as many tough games as us either. Also, as you noted at the end after your disparraging remark, money doesn't mean shit at this point in the season.
 
Chelsea have the upper hand going into the second leg. a clean sheet in the first leg at home is good for any team at this point of the tournament. but with alonso missing the second leg, biscan is hardly the player 2 give cover 2 liverpools dodgy defence, and chelsea will find it easier 2 play at anfield than stamford bridge. i cant see how liverpool will win, because they have 2 win 2 go through, they wont outscore chelsea, not at all. chelsea-milan final for sure,
