You got good flows homie. One thing though the remix tracks you got on your myspace page were they recorded in an actual studio or on your computer at home? The quality of the tracks goes down significantly when your verse comes in. Both the beat and your vocals are somewhat lower than the rest of the song. Thats one thing you need to watch out for while working on your street album. Also at times it seems like you run out of breath while rappin your verse, you should work on your breath control that way it sounds cleaner once you record the vocals and it doesn't come out sloppy. Either way you got some good rhymes. Keep it up

the actual street album is gonna be recorded in a studio these remix tracks i do i record in my room i have a mic setup in my closet and just work with software so its pretty much impossible for me to match their quality seeing as they already mixed and mastered the track
