#1
Chappelle's Show
Airs: Sundays at 9:00, beginning July 9
Network: Comedy Central
Starring: Dave Chappelle, Charlie Murphy, Donnell Rawlings
The Scoop: Finally, the wait is over! The highly anticipated lost episodes of Chappelle's Show's third season are ready to hit the air. Longtime Chappelle's Show collaborators and cast members Charlie Murphy and Donnell Rawlings proudly take the stage to present the sketches we've all been waiting to see. The first season had black white supremacists and the Wu-Tang clan dispensing financial advice. The second season brought us Prince, Lil John, Rick James, and the first ever racial draft. Who knows what the third season of Chappelle's Show has in store?

Probably disappointment, since Chappelle shot these sketches last year, and he basically has no involvement in this "season" at all.

I Smell a MJ skit, in this 3rd season. the time Micheal got accquited in his trial, was the same time Dave was shooting the episodes.

I imagine he probably did more Lil-Jon skits. I know ol Dave aint happy CC is airing the lost episodes.

There gonna be funny, Defintely will look forward to these on the 9th,

comedy central can't just sit on this forever, they need to make money off it before it's too late

i don't blame them
Yeah your right Bank, Dave outta think for once that his fans would like to see these "Lost Episodes".

Something that was a success, why punish your fans. by not airing them.

That would be like Pac, telling his mom and lawyers, (if anything happens to me) i dont want my Unreleased material to be put out.

Yea I heard about that too.. It's supposed to make fun of how Pac keeps coming out with songs even though he's been dead for 10 years.. Cant wait to see this shit!!

And yea I hope theres another C.Murphy Hollywood Story or they bring back Tyrone Biggums!! Crack crack crack!!! Who want some crack!?!?!?!

the new maxim has an interview with one of the writers. He goes into how one of the skits that had racial humor caused one of the people working on the set to laugh more than what dave thought was appropriate and ultimately lead to him (dave) leaving the show and the country for that matter.

That's a hell of a reason to walk away from a 50 million dollar contract.

You sir are ignorant ^, you should watch the Oprah interview with Dave and you'll get a MUCH better idea of what occured with Dave... seriously dubk, you're confused son.

First of all it isn't ignorance if I have information from a source. If you don't have a large vocabulary, look up the words you do know how to spell and make sure you are using them in the right context. (I'll help you out with this one, http://www.tfd.com/ignorance) And since you are calling me out "sir," I'll quote the segment from the magazine:

Question: Did Dave really quit because a crew member laughed too hard at a racially sensitive skit?

Answer: Well, this particular crew member had a condescending laugh-but that's just the way he laughs. But, yeah, that was Dave's feeling, and you can't change someone's feeling.

(source: Maxim, July '06, page 60)

So maybe that wasn't the reason he left the country, but according to Neal Brennan (a cowriter for the Chappelle's Show), this was his reason for leaving the show.

And by the way, don't try to belittle people when they state something that actually has a basis. I'm not making this shit up "son."

You guys catch the first of the lost episodes sunday night?

Charlie Murphy and the guy who says "Im Rich Biiatch". cant think of his name. they hosted the show.

The first skit started out funny, then it kind of went down hill.

After the break is when it picked up. Dave did his white guy Chuck Taylor skit. reported that a man was in the hospital after getting his nuts smashed by Method Man.

They had a skit where they talked about Dave being famous and he went back and got revenge on People who did him wrong from back in the day. the Ex girlfriend, the casting director, and the handicap guy. (I see what Dave meant about regreting some skits he done). He wound up throwing the Handicap guy down the stairs.

The last one of the night was the best one the 2Pac skit. that was hilarious:laugh: "2pac aint dead, he alive. i seen him on the street selling Biggie t-shirts 2 for $10 dollars".

Dave an everybody at the party an the dj announcing. im bout to hit ya'll up with some new 2pac music. it was Dave sounding like Pac rapping with the hidden messages in his music. Mentioning George W, Slim Shady. an started rapping about the people at the party.

(i do want that audio of the 2pac skit) that beat they used sounded pretty tight.

Next Week Dave does a Gary Coleman skit. Gary working as a security guard.

I knew it would be disappointing, the funniest skit was the 2Pac one, man that was hillarious. and I thought the other guy hosting with Charlie Murphy was really trying to hard.
