Changed Man OG question(s)

i've always been curious about the Changed Man OG from the Pen & Paper release. why is Pac's second verse cut out? is this an unfinished version of the song? did they take the second verse from somewhere else and add it to the BD version? or did Dante (who i believe is the one who released this project) just decide to cut out the second verse so that he still has the true OG that no one else has? does anyone know??? i love the OG but it's really missing something without that second verse

I'm not 100% sure but I think it was Dante.
I remember that's how he knew that the leak was from his project (people tried to lie that they had it from another source).
