Still if someone jacks that and then gives away copies to everyone then I won't lie that I'm not super-sad for all those poor guys who worked so hard to buy a stolen track in the first place. I'm happy to get it and don't care about guys who put in so much money to have a track. The only person I'm thankful to is that guy who leaked it since if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have it. I wouldn't ever throw 10$ to get an "alternate" 2pac track - I won't lie.
I don't think that it's my right to have every original 2pac track - same goes for those who stole those tracks in the first place.
I see it more like a drug deal that went wrong. A cartel doing a bid for 10 tons of cocaine, everything blows and everyone interested gets a part.

Yea. With respects to the leaks, that's a pretty accurate comparison. A shady deal that blew to hell and now everyone involved gets fucked.

But the difference between you (masta) and a lot of other people is that you're a good, non selfish person. Like you said, you don't feel entitled, you understand that your desire for more Pac music is also solely your problem. You don't try to blame people for the Pac stuff you don't have. Some faggots on the scene hate on Dante and it's so obvious that it's jealousy. They use all kinds of bullshit reasons to justify why they are being bitches, and they probably even believe their own reasoning. One day they'll get over it and understand though, hopefully.

To me, the saddest part about this whole thing is what everybody with a few functioning brain cells have been saying all along. These leaks provided a few hundred people with the surprise of a life time. The other 10s of 1000s of Pac fans online will live on these songs for 1-4 weeks, then it's over. Until next time. In the end, considering how much it probably affected those who were involved with Dante's group (as well as Dante himself), I am wagering that it's not "worth" it. Think of it like this: What if the THC had gone on for another 5-10 years before everything leaked. If the leak had happened in a year from now, there would be more songs. Now that it did happen, what do you think the odds are that Dante will ever trust anyone ever again? I don't think we'll ever see Dante again. Ever. So yeah. Any hope of getting that other shit is gone now. Now our only hope is that Lara chick (or whatever her name was), and Amaru. So while I love these new leaks, it's sorta like winning a 2 million lottery a week after the 200 million jackpot. It stings to know that there could have been more if people had played their cards right.
