Technology cell phone problem

recently i bought a new cell phone (sonyericsson w550i). my problem is: i cant transfer music to my my cell phone. everytime i try to use the program i get an error saying "no debugger found - registered JIT debugger not available...bla bla please check computer settings "

any ideas?

nah im using the software that came with the phone. i searched on the internet and found out that quite a lot of people have the same problem. some say its the software of sonyericsson, some say its the configuration of the computer...i dont know

since you just bought the phone you can get help directly from sony. if many people are having this problem then the people from sony will be ready for your call (they have most likely fixed this).

lol, i found the problem. im a genious. i had to install the windows service pack 2 and now everything works fine for me.

lol, well everything worked fine on my pc so i didnt think it was necessary to update anything...plus i never knew a service pack 2 existed.lol

should always keep windows up to date with fxes etc. :thumb:
