So Puffy brought to my attention that the first episode of Cavemen has leaked, or the pilot rather. It's those cavemen on the geiko commercials if you don't know what I'm talking about. It's coming out this fall and I have to say it looks promising. I thought it was pretty damn funny.

I really dont know how to feel about this show. I mean they didn't even get the original actors from the commercials to be in the show. But i'll check out the episode to see how it is.

Well i watched the episode last night. It had it's moments but i never really actually caught myself laughing out loud. I think they use that racism towards cavemen angle a bit way too much. But show does have potential with the right writers.

I thought it was hilarious. I agree about the racist angle but that's where the geico commercials stem from and I don't see how any other angle could work without the racist aspect of it. I think it lacks in certain areas to be a long-lasting show, but I don't care, I laughed out loud a bunch of times.

yeah when i heard about this series, i got a little excited...just like i am for the upcoming Burger King movie (in which the King may or not play a role...hopefully he will).

isn't the shit you've all seen the episode that will be re-shot later? so basically, nothing final? would they re-write the episode, or are they just re-shooting it?

if it's being re-done i'll wait for that instead.

why the hell would they re-shoot an entire episode with the same script? use your head on this one. the first episode will be different than the one seen here. this at least gives a glimpse at what the show will be like when it airs in 2 months
