Cats vs Dogs?

My cats are ace, they are both female. They know when you are poorley, and will cuddle up to me.

One of them plays fetch with her cat ball and she keeps falling in the pond.

Cats look after their self, they won't sulk if you won't take them for a walk cos they go in and out on their own.

You have to bath, walk and clean up after a dog you don't have to do any of that with a cat.

I prefer a cat anyday. Main for the reasons that have been already stated (self-cleaners, much more tidy, etc.) Out of all the cats we ever had since I've been alive- atleast 5 - only one of them took a piss/shit somewhere other than the litter box, and that was only because he was sick, God rest his soul. He owned the fuckin' 'hood lol.

On top of that, a cat doesn't try to hump your leg

Thats great,I had a dog that used to climb up into the hedge after the ball.which was great because i play hurling.So any time we hit the ball into the hedge, the dog gets it and brings it back.

Someone said cats are cleaner.Cats go shit and piss in quiet place like under your bed or in the back of a press.believe me i know.Just because you didnt discover it doesnt mean they didnt do it.My dog goes to the door and waits if she needs to go outside.Only one of the cats does this.I wonder do the people that like cats actually own a dog as well.?

Whichever you prefer as pets, cats are definitely funnier from a neutral POV.

No they aint.Dogs make me laugh.cats make me angry.Some of the things my golden retriever does are hilarious.My cats just sit down all day and wait to be fed and then fuck off.Some of them steal food off the table when we arent in the kitchen.

Im thinkin that most people that recommend cats are either scared of dogs or have only come across mongrels of dogs in their lifetime.I cant understand it.Some cats are nice.but they dont compare to dogs imo.

I don't look at them in terms of how convenient or inconvenient they are since they're not toys. Just because dogs' ancestors lived in packs and developed inner relations somewhat similar to ours and now my dog is "loyal" and "loving" doesn't make me appreciate dogs more as a species. That's a completely selfish and biased way of looking at things.
All good and bad qualities aside, what would you rather look at? A documentary on cats or dogs? Cats for me. I prefer felines over canines in general and it has nothing to do with how good they are as pets.
