i watched the first episode over the summer. it wasn't bad. it actually seems like it could be a decent show. it's going to fill the story between T2 and T3.

I hope T4 is better than T3

I'll watch the first episode, see if it grabs me. Adam Baldwin being in Chuck wasn't enough to make me watch more than the pilot.
