Cant Access Only Built for Download Linx and Fair Exchange

I cant access them on my Computer. i try to, it tells me operation aborted.

I have the same problem at work.. Using IE... It works fine at home...

But I can't change anything... IT have the computers on lockdown at work and I can't even get on MSN... Shit hot firewalls.

yea, the exact same at college. i cant access anything like msn, download linx, or other stuff.

Every thing is blocked off in my college as well.I can still access Streethop though so its not too bad.
