Technology Cannot get images to be displayed

I cannot get some images to be displayed.

For example when I go to www.pogo.com it says "the page cannot be displayed" on the image on the middle & it says this all the time where flashing banners should be. I've re-installed jave & flashplayer but this didn't do anything. anyone know what to do?

ive also ran spybot & adaware and have no spyware on my com
