It's not even about the music. The point of the dance is not to save the westcoast hip-hop scene. It's about dancing when you're on E, basically, lol. It's fun to look at and interesting. It's not any different or more important than the Harlem Shake, for example. Well, the other dude stated that the Bay is really into it. It's big here in seattle, too, so that's why I said it's popular.
