Can I post Underground Mixtapes?

I just want to make sure, before I take the time to upload the album & then have my thread deleted.
Im talking about those underground mixtapes/albums that only came on a CD-R without covers or tracklists & were distributed straight from the Artists trunk.
Was just wondering, sense it's not exactly a retail album.
