Mainly because Lens flares and graphic filters make things pretty. EA are the Apple of the video games world. Make an average product, then market the fuck out of it too make it the coolest thing in the world.

All the video game bloggers have got bored of playing BF3 now, the upload of BF3 content to Machinima is so low, you're lucky to find a random video.

If the game was really that good, and "waaaaaaay better than MW3", it would still be buzzin.

Battlefield 3 is a vastly superior game to MW3. it has an awful lot more to it than what is essentially a map pack for mw2

Well, MW3 isn't too popular in the PC world or even PS3 world. It's mainly about Xbox kids. Battlefield 3 is a very huge hype for PC gamers, even casual gamers. I dislike how it's more COD-ish and people run super fast and the pace is faster overall but it's a good game. I bought the PC version actually and am playing it online right now. I suck at fps shooters though. There are these people who play that damn game every day for hours. And there are no noob servers. So there are these no-lifes and casual people, and no-lifes spoil the fun. But it's still fun nevertheless.

Got MW3 a few days ago. Still not sure what to think of it. I like it, I guess. But I'm still getting used to not being able to restock grenades and flashbangs. And claymores. And the restocking of grenades being much harder this time around isn't much better than not being able to at all in Blops.

And the kill streaks are a bit underwhelming. Still giving it a chance and I think I'll end up liking it. It was $39.99 at Best Buy and I had a $10 gift card so I ended up getting it for about $32 after taxes so I'm not complaining.

Coonie, it feels so familiar that it takes a solid weekend to grow on you. I love it now, I went back to Black Ops with a friend the other night and it's just eerrrrrgggg.

I enjoy the game but after playing it for a while you know where they respond so u just make a quick loop and go on a 25 killing spree to get MOAB if you don't get shot. it's a pretty good game besides that.

i hate it that people consider themselves to be "gamers" when all they play is MW all the time

At my parents' house, with a 20Mb connection, the game was awesome. Back at my apartment now and I can go a single game without lagging. Weird thing is, it's only on MW3. MW2 works fine. I asked someone about it and they mentioned it was IW's lag compensation that was responsible for this. My internet connection here isn't great, but it gets me through Blops and MW2. What happened with MW3?

try it again. something about a lot of internet was laggy during the week and last weekend.

and lately mw3 has been acting up these past few weeks in general anyway. I'm sure it will be back to normal soon.
