NEW YORK CITY – It doesn’t look like Busta would like to spend a year in jail. Busta Rhymes, who’s real name is Trevor Smith, has rejected the prosecutions plea deal that would have sent him to jail for 1 year. In exchange for pleading guilty to assault charges Busta Rhymes would have been sentenced to 1 year in jail, had to pay a $1,500 fine and would have to take part in an anti-drunk driving program.
