Pro-Keds, the shoe company owned by Dame Dash, will be releasing a limited-edition sneaker designed by Houston rapper Bun B. To honour his locked up partner, Bun B is continuing his "Free Pimp C" campaign with the words inscribed on the all-black shoe . It is expected to be released in February, during NBA All-Star week in Houston.
Bun B said being away from Pimp C for the almost three years, he’s been in prison on an aggravated assault charge, has been difficult. He is rarely seen without a “Free Pimp C” T-shirt or baseball cap and every other scene of the “Draped Up” video shows groups of people in similar shirts.
