Check for "Westsiders" by William Shaw. Great read, about West Coast hiphop.

I would recommend Michael Eric Dyson's book about Tupac 'Holler If ya Hear Me' only if you understand high-leveled English language, I myself think I will get myself Gobi's 'Thru My Eyes' about Pac as the next book.

i heard there was a book about tha row with suge knight, how he punishes some talent of roster like doing stuff from gangsta movies
