Any body remember Bolo? He always played the big bad guy in Martial Arts films. From Enter the Dragon, to Bloodsport, to Double Impact and now at 67 hes making another Van Damme flick called Kumati (will prob suck :().

He was 50 years old in Bloodsport! Damn he kept in shape. Here's some interesting facts from IMDB.

"Was a martial arts student of Bruce Lee.

His prefered Martial Art is Tai-Chi.

He was famous before starring in Enter the Dragon because he won Mr. Hong Kong, a body building championship.

Has two sons, Danny & David Yeung.

Was a weightlifter.

Swam from China to Hong Kong to escape Communism."

Hahahaha, Bolo's the greatest!!

I only had to think for a second when I saw the name. Not an Oscar winner by any means, but such an individual actor - from build, to fighting style, to crazy face.

67? Damn though.

I don't think I've ever saw a flick where Bolo played a good guy & he ALWAYS got beat as a result.

Remember in double impact when the crate fell on him? now that must have hurt!
Yeah, had something actually took the weight of that they would've been annihilated.

I remember him picking up those bloody barrels & trying to crush Van Damme with them lol.

It saddens me to think they were empty & possibly not even made of a metal & thus, would've done Van Damme no damage had he been "accidently" hit. :(

He plays a good guy in Shootfighter and TC 2000 and he was great in both .. Shootfighter is easily his best film ever! he's also the main character in both movies, i loved them both!

My friends Jason Tran who died this time last year looked like Bolo. Well, not exactly, but similar. Big dude too. His parents owned a packing business and he always worked there and just got built as hell.

I always said he reminded me of Bolo. Not too many built asians around.

You can't really judge a movie off just one review, im pretty sure many movies which you thought were excellent have at least one bad one out there.. for a 12 year old low budget film its much better than alot of theatrical hollywood releases!. Its been almost 10 years since ive seen this, i was a young fella, If i see it again today maybe id think different of it. i'd probably find it cheesy and possibly have a different opinion on it. Ever been in that situation before? have you recently watched a movie which you liked alot years back but then when you saw it again you were like wtf is this? i can't believe i liked this!. :D
