Considering the subject matter of the song, maybe it's a reference to the ten commandments. Obviously the first two aren't part of the ten commandments, but the song is called Blasphemy.

You could also look at those examples as contrasts to two of the commandments. Like instead of do not steal... get your cash on. Instead of love thy neighbour... watch for phonies. Just throwing stuff out...
