Thats a matter of opinion, personally from listening to what Pac was saying I take it that he thought Biggie knew he was gonna get hit but didnt warn him from fear of retaliation from the same people. Also Biggie didnt approach Pac about the situation.
As far as Pac saying he took his style, I think it may be more to do with Biggies album and the subjects and kind of concept he went with it. I'm not sure though this has always puzzled me as Biggie has a completely different flow and style than Pac.

But with that said, can you logically be mad at someone for fearing their own life?
Me personally, I think Badboy setup Pac up that night, the Vibe article explained that whole night so perfectly, and BIG and Puff's reaction to that article was very suspect.

Theres always two sides to a story and the truth always lies somewhere in the middle. I personally think Pac may have been in shock and didnt fully see what was going on. As well as the fact he was high at the time, if you ever smoked weed you'd know sometimes you get real paranoid about people and putting that into a situation where you have just had some fool try to kill you I can easily see how he'd think certain things. But who knows its still an unsolved crime right?
