The group responsible for the leak wanted the True OG CDQ to be semi rare thus they edited and shortened the outro and degraded the quality... All the latest leaks were somewhat altered or degraded...

At the ending of “don’t go to sleep OG” you can to some extent hear Pac reciting the same outro as the Mak And Dill “We All gotta Die , Fuck em all” when the volume is raised.
