Fuckin hard poll. Id say Starin' as the concept is top quality and it shows how intellectual Pac was. Made Niggaz 2nd, Outlawz tight but Pac just rips the beat. I prefer the OG of Life's So Hard but this is tight as well and Lost souls is an equally good song, nice concept again. I wish there was a solo for Lost Soulz (maybe there is )
