Non-Urban Music Best newcomer this year?

Must be Mylo in my opinion. Drop the Pressure, In My Arms, Otto's Journey etc. If Destroy Rock N Roll dosen't make classic status I don't know what will.

i'm deleting your bump, but i must of missed this. Must of posted before the down time.
wlel mylo is awesome. Destroy rock and roll is a great song. Don't think it will earn classic status.
Best newcomer, it's a hard question for me to answer because artists generally have to prve their loyalty to music with 2-3 solid albums before i really start digging them (i'm never falling for the Jewel and Craig david trap again, with a solid first album and the rest sell-out albums).
But so far i think John Legend is great, just hope he doesn't have a shitty second album.

I don't see what all the fuss it about.

Has to be either The Go! Team or the Kaiser Chiefs. The former are more interesting, so I'd go with them. Both rock hard.

Destroy Rock N Roll was such a breath of fresh when it dropped. Mylo's sound is chilled yet vibed. Hard to explain if your not a fan of Dance but definitely one of the best albums I've heard in a long time.
