actually you do have other options surprisingly enough. you can ignore his posts, thereby killing the beef before it even starts. you can also defend yourself without resorting to insults and disses back, which will only lead to him responding back to you and on and on it goes. it doesn't matter if he started it or not, you always have the power to end it by simply not responding and stooping to his level.
I tried to quash it by reporting him, first. Mods didn't take it that seriously. I did explain to mods that I was just responding, tit for tat etc. i don't beef here, I don't like to. I will attack people but I would rather attack their opinions than be personal. y'know'whad'amin'?
