My opinion:

Ether is the better diss but Takeover is quite and a way the better beat. Ether's beat really takes it down a few notches for me.

Sometimes when ppl talk about the whole jigga vs nas beef i get the feeling ppl forget that Takeover was actually a real good...I mean if you didn't know Nas got it with Ether...You would say Jay won...
