I just thought it was a simple human right, to an extent obviously public nudity is a no no, to wear what you want? Pretty soon America will have laws like those that created this:

People gonna be able to wear whatever they wanna wear, you can't measure pants, unless everyone gonna have to wear some high waters. Must be 1 inch above ankle no jeans only black dress pants. Fuck that.Unless they pay me I'm not wearing anybody uniform. Personally i rock my pants a little baggy but not like someone said about takin a shit. Get some LRG or some Coogi if you got it like that they nomrally fit right!
