australia

Depends what you want.
The 3 cities you have to visit are:
Goldcoast
Sydney
Melbourne

Goldcoast has fantastic beaches and there are things like water world, warner brothers movie world etc for rides and shit. It's more of a tourist spot that will bring out the kid in you. Nice sunny weather. While you're there you can go to Australia zoo and pay your tributes.

Sydney, It's a must. There is plenty to see and plenty to do. Someone from sydney can tell u what to do and where to go. But there's plenty to see

Melbourne... my home city. Our night life is second to none. Party up and get fucked up with us. There are a few clubs that i can take you down to party hard. Can get u anything and everything... Nightlife doesn't start till around 1am (people start getting ready to go out at midnight)... generally they rock it out till 5ish, and alot of people go to another club straight after which are open till mid day.

So where are you going?

Sydney is a big city, same shit. Dirty place. Has the typical iconic things you see on the commercials. It's not that great.

Melbourne prides themselves in tradition and whatever other bullshit. However it is a good city, but the people in general do have this feeling like their above most other aussies. I can't see it how though.

GoldCoast is the Miami of Australia.

Brisbane is a nice city, genuine nice people and isn't filled with Assholes.

Adelaide is in the same boat as Brisbane.

As is Perth and Hobart.

Alice Springs and the area's around represent the imagine of "down under".

North Queensland with the cities of Cairns, Townsville and the rest of the coast-line have the best beaches period in Australia. The Great Barrier Reef, tropical rainforests and heaps of islands to splurge your time on. It's also the area where Steve died.

peace.

We only have this attitude because we are above all other aussies :)

I do agree with the rest. Brisbane i always loved... (mind u i call it vegas.... or brisneyland)
Perth and Hobart have NOTHING.
Adelaide doesn't have much either (to be quite frank)
the rest of what you said i agree with.

Melb doesnt really have anything I would tell a tourist to go there for... Ermm... Its a big city... If you want a big city go to Sydney, it is a lot better, but then at the same time Melb is similar to Adelaide in look and feel but bigger. Id recommend Adelaide over Melbourne if you like wine as the wine regions are beautiful and fun to visit. Plus the beer is better.

But really I would recommend the Gold Coast, its just the shit, always a party, always great weather. Its like Miami mixed with Californian beaches. Personally I see myself living there within the next 5 years.

It depends when you come to Australia. Since it's Oct you can go to Bathurst, in Nov we have the Melb Cup. At the very moment Sydney and Melbourne are the places to be due to the footy finals. Even tho either city doesn't have a team representing them in their "official codes" lol.

Give it 3 weeks and the Gold Coast will get real nice, North Queensland is beautiful right now but tends to get humid as summer comes.

But yeah there's heaps to see, BTW Tasmania is like a world of it's own. 2 headed rat people, devils, mythical tigers and ofcourse blue cheese. WTF? lol

Becareful with the drop-bears aswell.

And lastly, ENJOY.

peace.

I'm gonna go to Australia.

First I'm gonna go to Adelaide. Call into Hustle and drink all their alcohol.

Then I'm gonna head to the Gold Coast, and make Rukas come as my guide.

im arriving in sydney on nov 4 and planning on just checking out as many cities as possible, im gonna be in australia for a couple months, i wanted to see melbourne but people are telling me there isnt much to see and not much partying

salar is correct. sydney, melbourne and gold coast are the only places you need to go. i'm assuming you're a young male and wanna party hard? then don't waste your time going anywhere else. sydney is full of shit to do. try and stay somewhere right in the city then you can go anywhere from there.

endless amounts of nice restaurants and bars. i recommend darling harbour and the rocks - go down there and you'll find heaps of stuff to do. then if you wanna hit the clubs go up to oxford st and kings cross. if you want specific names of places ask me.

during the day if you like the beach there's plenty. you can either go eastern suburbs (famous bondi) which are always packed out with hot rich women, but i personally like the beaches up north like palm beach, whale beach. you'd have to hire out a car and make it a day trip cos it's probably about 45mins+ from the city, but that area is amazing - crazy views, insane houses, beautiful beach, HOT women and you can take some meat and beers and have a BBQ up there. very good fun.

if you like shopping then there's heaps of places. go to the pitt st mall and queen victoria building both right in the CBD for designer shit or check out the newtown and glebe markets for cheaper stuff.

the casino is dope.

do the bridge climb - crazy views.
