Hip-hop producer and son of Motown singer Mary (Wells), Meech Wells hooked up with Compton’s Young Joker, to bring us nothing but the best of the Westside in Tha Takeover: Volume 1. Since the online release of Tha Take Over, it has received well over 82,000 downloads alone from DubCnn.com and Google, and the number of downloads are still increasing rapidly. Aside from Meech Wells, other producers that have contributed to this mix tape are Street Runners, Stylust, Ryan, Luke Most, Kast Fo Fame, and J Clark.
