Audio restoration software

Does anybody know any decent audio restoration software, I've tryed Magix Cleaning Lab 10 an although it get's rid of hiss it dullls the sound I heard Steinberg Clean Plus 5.0 is ment to be good but I can't find a copy

dont even fuck with that..... especially if you are trying to restore, say, ghetto gospel or hit em up original because it will truly take out more than it will add in terms of good things which there is little of already..
the aims of these programs is to restore sounds from less-than-audiophile vinyl records from waaaaayy back, amongst some other things. trying to restore down-sampled songs is a waste unless you REALLY know what you are doing.
