Technology Audacity problem

Everytime I try an change the tempo I keep getting a "Runtime Error!" saying "abnormal program termination" It never used to do this before wtf going on should I rename the wav file or something

Ok thanks I tryed renaming the file an it worked I don't know what was wrong with the filename though
