Attention DJ Quik fans

Sorry if this is irrelevant, but I was at work today (I work in a housing complex), and I found a stack (about 15-20) of something called the DJ Quik Live Party Mix, and my work computer doesn't have speakers so I can't really listen to it. Does anyone know what this is or what's on it? It's mostly red (obviously), no insert or booklet, and it has Bungalo Records, Down Low Bungalo, Euponic Records, Laneway REcords, and Wherehouse Music logos on it. What is this?

Yep. I was in Best Buy when I was in San Francisco last year, as a DJ Quik fan, I saw it in the shop for 99 cents. Then I took it to the counter, started flirting with the girl there, and got the DJ Quik cd, 2 LL Cool J promo CD's and 2 Def Jam University vests for free off of her.

Listened to it, it's just a random mix of tunes.
