Nice. This is also why me and my boyfriend get along really well. We're both straight forward and to the point without beating around the bush. It leaves us with great communication skills where neither one of us has to guess at what the other person is thinking. God, that is so annoying. Granted, I think I have more tact than he does though because he's often perceived as mean for being direct.

I think it's because young girls are naive and want that dream so to get with them you have to sell them the dream. More often than not when they realize it's not as nice as it seems they get heart broken.
Im off the market, but I found that the simple approach was better when I was single. My "wing man" used to fuck around and hit on as many girls as possible. Where as I would find the one I really thought was worth my time and effort, start up an honest conversation and then truthfully just tell them what I was after. The simple "do you want to fuck," works yeah, but not for the type of girls I want. So it would usually be, "look, were both single, we obviously like one another, I was wondering if you wanted to go back to my place tonight, and we can see where it goes from there."
Once you get into the position of being able to comfortably say that and not have it sound corny, it works.
Honesty is the best policy, except young girls are not used to hearing it, so they think it is mean or harsh. Ive had WOMEN come up to me and start talking to me and they are obviously waisting their time so a polite, "look Im sorry I enjoy this conversation but youre just not my type," is welcomed and appreciated. Why have them waste their breath on me, they could be talking to someone interested? They usually say thank you finish the line of convo and leave at least knowing where they stand.
Where as if you're in that situation with a GIRL and you tell her shes just not your type she acts like shes being dissed because she thinks the world shines out of her ass. Most notably, those are the slutty girls who feel their whole self worth is between their legs and thus rarely get turned down by boys.
I dont know, but I think the whole world would just be better if everyone was honest.
Why should men sugar coat the fact they just want to have sex that night when women want it too? You end up selling them a dream that you wont live up to in the next morning instead of being honest and making sure both parties get what they want and expected, and you never know it might lead to more, at the very least a casual sex thing if thats what youre after, but if you lie you're out after one hit.
