How many of you are watching?

This masterpiece is one of the best shows on TV, ever. It's about to be canceled. It has received the same treatment that Family Guy did during its first two runs.

Tonight's episode was one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

Your profile says you're an aspiring dishwasher, so I can understand why you wouldn't get it.

I think that's part of the reason the show hasn't caught on. There's a lot of wordplay and inside humorr. Tonight's episode, for example, had a lot of jokes about the show being canceled that some people might not get.

Even without those self-references, though, it is genuinely funny and there are jokes that are easily understood and far from highbrow - one of the characters is nothing but a collection of stereotypes and jokes about gay people.

Fox? Hmm..... I havent seen it, but from the sounds of it they are giving it the Futurama treatment, which is sad.

Futurama was great too, also a misunderstood shows, a lot of people didnt get the inside or geek-culture jokes. Great show though, better than the Simpsons.

Ill have to look out for Arrested Development, although I am unsure if it even airs down here.

Channel 7 airs season 2 irregularly at any time between 11:00 and 12:30 on a Monday night.

The show is hilarious, I'm currently watching about 2 episodes a day on DVD, it's one of those special things where I could watch the episodes over and over again and still never get tired of it.

I really hope that the rumors about Showtime picking it up are going to come into fruition, it would be a damn shame if it ended here. That said, I don't see it being a show that could have a run of more than 5 seasons mostly due to the flexibility of the storylines.

I guess only those who have seen the show will get these quotes:

[George Michael is trying to explain to his uncle why he cannot take off a muscle suit]
George Michael Bluth: I just can't take it off. You'll never understand.
Tobias Fünke: ...I'll never understand? That you can never be nude?
[he disrobes, exposing his cut-off jeans]
Tobias Fünke: I'll understand more than you'll... never know.

Michael: So this is the magic trick, huh?
Gob: Illusion, Michael. A trick is something a whore does for money...
[sees children watching his magic]
Gob: ... or candy!

David Cross and Will Arnett alone make the show worth watching.

ron howard is the producer or the guy who played richie on happy days or the kid from the andy griffith show, he narrates the show as well. this show is fucking funny if you like the family guy you will love this show, so what if a lot of stuff on the show is pretty far out, it is like a cartoon sitcom with real actors. Fox could not see a hit if it wanted to , we all know this, lets see futurama , what they did to the family guy. In the show last night andy richter made a guest appereance and he mocked his show that was canned by fox which was quintuplets. Not a great show but he is well under-used,he has had two sitcom deals with fox and no support, shit i thought grounded for life was pretty funny too.

Tobias: Michael, you are quite the cupid. You can stick an arrow in my buttocks any time.

Tobias: Okay, Lindsay, are you forgetting that I was a professional twice over - an analyst and a therapist. The world's first analrapist.

Tobias: No, no, it's pronounced a-nal-ra-pist.
Buster: It wasn't really the pronunciation that bothered me

Narrator: Tobias listens to a day's worth of his own words, to see what Michael was referring to...
Tobias Fünke: [on tape] ... even if it means me taking a chubby, I will suck it up.
Tobias Fünke: Nothing wrong with that.
Tobias Fünke: [on tape] Oh, I've been in the film business for a while, but I just can't seem to get one in the can.
Tobias Fünke: It's out of context.
Tobias Fünke: [on tape] I wouldn't mind kissing that man between the cheeks.
Narrator: ...and he realized there is something distinct about the way he speaks.
Tobias Fünke: Tobias, you blowhard!
[chuckles]

Tobias: Well, I've always wanted to remake Annie Hall. Except, I wouldn't want to get in bed with a green producer like a Sofia Coppola, though. Oh, but give me an old pro like a Robert Redford. Oh, I'd jump into bed with him in a second. And I wouldn't just lie there, Michael Bluth, if that's what you're thinking!

Michael: Actually, that time, that was what I was thinking.

You should also watch the show if you want to see what the Fonz would be like if he became a lawyer who liked gigolos.

I think one of the greatest moments of this season was when _everyone_ starts doing their chicken dances for Michael.

The Racist Lady from the last episode was great, too.
