yes, it wouldn't connect at all so i deleted it and installed again. it's tha 2nd time i've had to reinstall

i tried that and when i would search for "Just Watchin" it would bring up every song with "Just" and "Watchin" in their name

It don't connect for me either. My girl told me her's was fucked up too. I tried re-installing it because my girl said it started working again for her when she did it but it didn't work for me still. I switched to Lime Wire, much better :thumb:

I've also dropped it, in favour of Shareaza.

If you have a copy of Limewire pre-4.8 you need to update to avoid the big security flaw they found.

It connects to several networks, namely Gnutella, Gnutella2 and eDonkey. It's OK, doesn't seem to download as quickly as Ares did.

I would suggest you redownload Ares. I just have it connected right away. Doesn't hurt to have more than on p2p. Unless you're worried about getting sued.

when i 1st got ares it worked perfectly for a couple of months then i had to delete and reinstall twice.
