Try a Peugeot forum maybe? Not for the manual, although it might be there, but ask them the question you need to find the answer to.

Probably by getting a certain amount of posts and not starting threads. Start posting bs comments, like someone's car looks cool and you'll work your way to it. Usually it's about 10-20 posts before a thread can be made. That's still gay though.
