anyone heard about this happening near you!

basically gangs are driving in cars without there lights on, and when another road user flashes them to let them know they do not have there lights on the gangs start shooting at that particular car. sounds crazy, i could not believe it when i read this. anyone ever heard of this happening.

man that's an OLD urban legend. I don't know if people are actually doing it nowadays, but this shit has (supposedly) been done for years. I've heard stroies from the 50's saying the same thing, that some dude would drive around with headlights off, and when someone flashed their lights at him he'd kill them. Somehow i think this story is very unlikely
