Anybody got a free mp3 converter?

Im lookin for a program thatll do all conversions...wma to wav, wav to mp3, wma to mp3 and vice versa....MusicMatch used 2 do it but they fucked that up.

Anybody know any? Otherwise Ill pay the damn $20 for a program.

is there a program that converts the bitrate of a song without messing up the file details in its properties?

i currently use the musicmatch jukebox "file converter" facility. but it does take a while. very time consuming.
