anyone on here ever been in a larger war? be it whatever war or crisis.

if you're a member of an extremist arab guerrilla army, you don't count - go away.

i wasnt in a war but, in 1995 me and my brother "FlipMo" were in CRoatia when the Croats took back all their territories from the serbs. We were like 10 kkm from the frontline and you could hear the bomb shells exploding.

My best friend (StreetHop member bubble) lived in Israel, her dad and half brother still live there, she tells me that there was all ways war, but it only happened along the border and in Jerusalem.

No, but one of my cousins who is close to retiring from the U.S. Marines has been in pretty much everything from the Persian Gulf War onward. I got a chance to see him in July for the first time in 16 years, and he shared a lot of crazy info with me, like what they would do to captured insurgents. He has tons of footage of gunfights in that Triangle of Death (or whatever they call it) along with even more photos of some messed up stuff that makes the pictures on rotten.com look like nothing.

I did a 6 month tour in Afghanistan after 9/11.. We were sent to support a marine unit and basically followed them wherever they went.. Pretty weird working with those guys, since the army and marines "hate each other" but when it comes down to it they're cool cats.. Saw a few fucked up things, but nothing that made me crazy or break down.. If you were in the military when 9/11 went down, shit was nuts.. Especially if you had a combat M.O.S.. Everyone was worried about being deployed.. They put us on a type of "red alert" status (cant remember the proper name for it) but if they gave the signal, your ass better be packed with your 80 pound rucksack, kevlar helmet, chemical suit, weapon, and gas mask within I think about an hour if i remember correctly.. ready to head out.. I was an artillaryman and I'll never forget on the 9/11 afternoon/night my battery was ordered to draw a type of round that we never even knew existed up until then for our howitzer cannons.. Trust me.. if the U.S really wanted to go all out and fuck someone up, we could definately do it.

Any other military people in here?

Yup i was till 2004, i was in Kuwait when 9/11 happened, on a peace keeping mission which turned into much more Sept 11th 2001, weird thing is when we got ready to redploy back to the states in Dec the task force commander said "dont be surprised if we're back this way soon". Sure enough Sept of 2003 I was oh so lucky:rolleyes: too go to Iraq.

Gosh you're smart ^ lol

Yes, if you're Lebanese than you would know this. But International media show the world a whole different story, mainly bullshit to aggravate to the situation for their own financial gain. The media make out Israelis are the victims, when its infact the Israelis that are the racists and bring conflict upon themselves. If your not an Israeli Jew, the Israelis would prefer to see you dead.
