just wondering for the people on this message board, do any of you consciously keep a healthy diet (ie. with what you eat, and exercise daily)
My question is not necessarily for those people, but could also go to those that just bulk up and workout to gain muscle mass.
At 6" and 155pounds, i consider myself a bit of a lightweight for my height. I've been trying to put on some muscle mass, i've been trying creatine and protein powder and shakes, and am wondering if there are any success stories out there. This is not an obsession or anything, and i'm not in rush to bulk up (so that means i am not looking to do steroids or any other type of illegal drug, + i am a kinda health nut
) but just wondering if any one is in a similar situation that i am. If so, what have tried, what works? what doesn't? Cause if you can convince me of a method i haven't tried, i would be willing to give it a shot!
