the amish can use normal electricity outdoors, but not indoors. indoors they can use 5 watts. a gun does not use electricity.

Yeah that is true, and I don't know why I always thought that.. probably the same reasons I thought you sterilize surgical equipment with dog urine and then rinse them out with pond water..

Thanks for the knowledge, I owe you brother.

Your psychology professor looks down upon your post.

And he doesn't appreciate you sending terrorist threats over AIM.

yeah, you can only kill a person with a gun

Well, there aren't many school massacres that involved beating people to death with office chairs, eh?

You can kill a man in a million ways, but a gun is definitely one of the easiest.

yes but what she was basically saying is that these murders wouldnt happen if america rethinks their gun laws. very ignorant. besides you did see that i was being just a little sarcastic didnt you?

the states in my country that have anti-gun laws have higher crime and armed robbery rates than the states that do not. think about that. the very laws that aim to put an end or at least a dent in the crimes with a firearm have higher armed robbery rates and crimes involving guns than those that do not. that says alot.

the awful fact is this case has nothing to do with gun laws, its just a sick twisted fucker. you cant stop sick twisted people from doing bad things.

That's basically what some high offiical on CNN said, that even though our schools are much safer... you can never no matter how hard you try ... completely secure a campus... you can do alot, to prevent the maximum damage... but hell anybody can take atleast one person out before they get taken down them selves.

yeah, plus this was an amish school. there is no security there like you would find at a public or private school.

Laws don't have crime rates :) Still, those laws are there BECAUSE those states have high crime rates. Not the other way around.

Anyway, I've been long since convinced it's just something rotten in American society, not gun legislation, that makes school shootings so prevelant :) I know of 1 shooting in Germany and 1 in Canada. Rest = land of the free.

never said anything about laws having crime rates but ok...

some of those states did not have that high of crime rates. in a few instances the crime rates tripled. in some cases the laws didnt change anything. the laws were in place to try and prevent the crimes and do something about the crime rates as a whole. this isnt just in the u.s. either. there are examples of this in canada and other places around the world.

hell
this one shouldnt even be considered 'another school shooting in america
shit...it was some older amish man suposedly with a long ass grudge pickin out little amish girls to kill & it hapened at the local one room school

I think he was just not that aware of how things would be & thought if he was gona go and do that, that they would send in the SWAT or some shit for him thats why so much ammunition etc

and that is why America needs to re-think it's gun laws :thumb:
Yup! All those gun-free school zone laws have seen to it, haven't they!

The jackals and vampires in the media just looove to find cases with crazy psychopaths who murder people, and splash that all over the pages, even though statistically it is meaningless compared to the number of drug-related homicides every single day.
