(CNN) -- Police Monday responded to reports that a gunman opened fire at an Amish school, shooting several people, a state police spokesman told CNN.

No other details were available.

Lancaster County's 911 Web site reported dozens of emergency vehicles -- including at least nine ambulances -- were dispatched to Bart Township shortly before 11 a.m. for a "medical emergency."

Video of the scene showed several Amish young men wearing hats and suspenders sitting outside the school, surrounded by dirt roads.

At least one person was taken to a medical helicopter on a stretcher.

Well did you read enough of my post to see the board members name right after the comma and realize I was joking?

Besides, we weren't laughing at the people who got shot in Montreal, we were laughing at a certain board member that happened to be in the same building and acted like she almost lost her life so people would be like "oh Carmi I'm sooo glad you're alright here's a hug and wreath of flowers".

edit: oh i just saw what you wrote about her... She was in a shooting dude... she might have friends who were in trouble and shit...

He shot 10 girls, ages 6-13. 3 dead, 7 wounded. But some of the wounded were shot in the head, so it's a pretty bad shooting.

Sad stuff. It seems that schools are becoming the primary soft target of choice for maniacs.

lol, don't worry... some how, a rap cd will be found in his truck and they will twist it to blame the music.. in Lebanon, a couple of years back.. they did a report on "loud music" here... and one kid committed suicide and of the 100s of cds he had... apparently, he was also an Eminem fan.. so leave it to the intelligent individuals to make a correlation between his suicide and the rap lol.
 
rap + video games = hatred for amish.

Actually i read that the guy had a grudge from 20 years ago against girls or some shit, maybe there will be more details tomorrow

unless the rappers were live every time, i think you need electricity to play a cd, hence my comment.
