This is NOT uncommon. I see this everyday, ebay is flooded with it. Although, usually they include all the makaveli bootlegs, as this one only has a couple.

Untouchable is prob LM45z, Dant & Abatino's mixtape as most on that list are mixtapes, like Duets and Tapemasters.
