Some message apps have that in settings, it's often called "the black list" or something like that. I think handcent had it.

If you can't wait any longer - GS2 is the way to go, but if you can wait you should. In February Sony, Samsung, LG and HTC will be unavailing their upcoming line-up, one which is a SG3 (rumored 2 gigs of ram, 12mp camera and [maybe] a quad processor)
ICS is only on 0.6% of Android devices, fucking sad. I understand it's up to the manufacturer to put it on the phone but regardless its pitiful.

The GS2 seems like a good choice for right now. Nothing in the future tickles my fancy. I'm gonna go out there and say it, the design of a lot of the modern Android phones suck dick. I realize that's a subjective criteria to judge a phone on, but I haven't seen many phones that have beautiful designs.
