Actually, I remember i had a poster of the guy jumping from the building posted in my dorm room at university, cuz i thought it was pretty funny. It was meant to be as a joke (for a base jummping competition).

He continually urged countries with money and power to help out lesser countries. Over and over he told America to play their part and really act like a big brother and help other countries cuz he said America was blessed by God in that America is rich and prosperous. Being a religious figure is just another reason to NOT clown on him, along with the fact that he did a lot for the world, Catholic or not. Muslims and people of other religions have been in mourning as well. Why do you thing that is, cuz they love the Catholic religion, NO, becuase the Pope was a good person and when we lose a good person it is always a bad situation.
