i meant that even though alot of them are poor there women and women no matter what country always try to maintain a level of beauty, even though they might not have all the things eg makeup they do what they can, and most of the time they look hot.

And my point is not whether the dude would know of them, but until he's seen what the people there are like - which he may not have if it's deemed too *insert undesirable quality* for him to be there - then, in the absence of something exceptional, he's no more qualified than anyone else who's seen documentaries on the poverty in the country to comment on the situation of the people there.
